Doteasy guarantees 99.9% uptime with FTP access. Hosting is provided on a secured server with a network power generator, with an emergency backup power supply. Server and network monitoring, plus maintenance and upgrades, are guaranteed as well. Technicians and support team are not outsourced. All technicians, administrators, management, development team, and support staff for Doteasy are in the same building. This allows employees to work more efficiently and effectively as a team, ensuring utmost focus on customer hosting needs. Pricing

New customers can register for the free hosting package with every domain name registered with Doteasy. For those who chose to upgrade to a paid plan, billing is annual for Linux and quarterly for Windows. Doteasy accepts credit cards including Visa and MasterCard check cards. Support

Doteasy offers 24/7 e-mail support, live sales chat, call-back requests, and a support case tracker. There is also telephone support available at the call-center located in Canada. The call-center is open during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Doteasy also provides online tutorials, a glossary, and a knowledge base where customers can search for answers first on their own. Aside from cost of a toll call if the customer chooses to contact the call-center, there is no additional cost for any support services offered.
