JumpLaunch offers four different hosting packages that range from a basic plan that is priced just above budget level to dedicated servers. Their low-price package, the “ProLaunch,” includes unlimited disk storage, bandwidth, domains, free domain and setup and cPanel control panel with FrontPage extension support. This hosting solution also includes CGI, PHP, Perl, MySQL database support, SSL secure server, SSI management, Real audio and video, password protected pages and more.

Although JumpLaunch Web Hosting does not mention Fantastico, the scripts mentioned on their Web site are in line with those scripts that are offered with this tool. They also provide PHPNuke content management, Gregarius RSS Feed and more.

WinLaunch is JumpLaunch Web Hosting’s Windows server option. This choice includes ASP (Active Server Pages), .NET 2.0 support for ASP, Access database with ODB support, and many of the same scripting options as the ProLaunch package.

They offer three different virtual server options that come with Plesk control panel and Redhat Fedora Core 4, Apache Web Server 2.0, PHP and MySQL databases. JumpLaunch’s dedicated servers consist of Hewlett-Packard quality pre-built servers with Intel Celeron D 3.06 GHz, 500 GB data transfer, 512 dual channel DDR2 at 667 MHz and up to 1GB memory capacity. Users can host unlimited domains with Plesk, and choose from Windows 2003, Linux or FreeBSD operating systems. This latter option includes a dedicated IP address.

JumpLaunch Web Hosting also provides customers with domain registration services, eCommerce and marketing that includes SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Reliability & Reputation

JumpLaunch supplies little to no information about their data center, location, equipment (other than the information listed above and below this review). They do include testimonials, but there is little else to let future customers know about their reliability and reputation.

Pricing

JumpLaunch provides hosting solutions that seem reasonably priced, although none of their options are budget-minded. They do not seem to harbor any hidden charges.
