With every hosting plan, there are additional features available as add-ons, including a developer package that adds unlimited add-on domains, a dedicated IP address for those planning to use an SSL certificate, and an eCommerce package which includes the SSL certificate and dedicated IP address needed to securely process transactions. These add-ons are available at low monthly or annual fees in addition to the customer’s monthly hosting plan cost. There is also an Affiliate program available, and participants do not have to be existing Made2Own customers to participate. The Affiliate program offers a percentage commission for all new client referrals.

Made2Own offers a 99.7 % uptime guarantee. The uptime service level agreement states that if Made2Own does not meet this uptime level, the customer will be compensated from 15 to 100% of monthly fees, with the amount determined by the actual uptime percentage maintained. If the company uptime level is 89.9% or less, customers will receive a monthly credit of 100% of monthly fees. Made2Own’s network and data center are SoftLayer, the first on-demand hosting solution providing both gigabit public and private networks.
